New Product Introduction (NPI)

Watch your ideas materialize as we smoothly glide from creating concepts to full-scale production!
With over 10 years’ experience in mechanical design, we perform constant research not only of new technology but also of people, their strivings, expectations and pains.
We look for solutions, we create prototypes, test, improve design and test again - as a result, we come up with huge breakthroughs that might become life changing.
We offer effective NPI services in various fields such as medical, automotive and consumer electronics.

We strongly believe that our vast experience in technology and constant strive for innovation will empower your business in whichever field you might work.
Our expertise in product design, testing and validation will make your journey into R&D smooth, pleasant and efficient. We are here for you with all our personalized attention yet we can reach worldwide giving you full access to what technology has to offer.

GD&T, Cpk and Tolerance stack-up analysis

Geometric tolerancing is a mathematical 3D tolerancing system that provides design, manufacturing and quality control with a common language. The American national Standard ASME Y14.5 -2009 defines the concept. It is important that the design engineer clearly defines datums and tolerances on every component of the device. We start to think about the datums definition and tolerances at the early stages of the mechanical design. Using geometric tolerances doesn’t make the part more expensive.

Tolerance Stack up Analysis is an important tool for mechanical engineering design. Stack ups are used to evaluate the combined variation of features and dimensions of a single part or an assembly of components. Stack ups are vital for the definition of minimum or maximum gap between the components especially in functional features.

Process Capability Analysis (Cp and Cpk):
A process capability study uses data from a sample to PREDICT the ability of a manufacturing process to produce parts conforming to specifications. This prediction enables us to “qualify" a new manufacturing process as being fit for use in production. The index Cp provides a measure of potential process capability i.e. how well a process can perform if there is no change in the underlying process conditions.

Root cause analysis

Root cause analysis allows to find and fix problems that might occur during product validation before the product is delivered to the customer thus saving a lot of effort and money. We at EngineerOK help finding these issues and resolving them in a short time frame using tolerance stack up analysis, FEA, GD&T, DFMEA and supplier control.

Finite Elements Analysis (FEA)

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used in solving problems of solid mechanics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics and other areas.
In the product development process, this method allows you to analyze components at the stage when they are still in the form of easily modifiable models, which greatly facilitates and accelerates any changes to the design of the final product.

When used correctly, finite element analysis is a great tool that can help increase productivity and reduce product development time and cost.
